I know the feeling! Hence why my morning routine is set in stone: coffee, shower, get dressed, 2nd coffee… then WORK! And once I leave my bed I don’t go near it again until bedtime 😉 Makes you feel like you’re up and active, rather than just sitting at home. Good luck staying motivated!
